Every price shown is per person on twin sharing and includes the things listed on the card. Whether airfare is included depends on the package — the detailed plan we send you says exactly what is included and what is not, in plain words.

Yes, and most people do. Add a day in Ubud, drop the city tour, upgrade one hotel and keep the rest — tell us what you want and we will send a new price, usually the same day.

We hold your booking with ₹5,000 per person. The rest is paid closer to the travel date, on dates we agree in writing when you book.

We fill the forms, tell you exactly which documents to keep ready and book the appointment if one is needed. The final decision is always with the consulate, but you will never be left guessing about the paperwork.

Cancellation rules depend on the airlines and hotels in your booking, so we give them to you in writing before you pay anything. We will also tell you when travel insurance is worth taking.
