A small team that plans a lot of holidays

We started because too many people came back from costly trips feeling let down. Usually not because of one big mistake, but because of ten small things nobody planned for.

Our story

Built on the trips that went wrong

Unique Holidays began at a kitchen table, planning a friend's honeymoon after an online booking left them stuck at an airport with a voucher nobody accepted.

We sorted that trip out. Then the next one, and the one after. Eleven years later we are a full travel desk, but the way we work has not changed: first understand how someone really likes to travel, then build the days around that, not around what is easy to sell.

  • Day plans made for real people, not for brochure photos
  • Hotels we have stayed in or checked ourselves — no surprises when you reach
  • One coordinator who knows your booking from the first enquiry till you are home
  • Costs and cancellation rules in writing before you pay a single rupee

How we work

Four things we never compromise on

We give you the real price

The amount in your first email is the amount you pay. No “taxes extra” three days before you fly.

We say when not to go

If your dates are wrong for a place, we will tell you and suggest better ones — even if we lose the booking.

We answer the phone

Things go wrong at 2 am. Someone from our team picks up, in your language, and sorts it out.

We travel ourselves

Nobody here sells a hotel they have not seen or a route they have not travelled themselves.

The team

The people you will actually talk to

No call centre and no complaint numbers. You get one planner, their direct number, and a coordinator who stays with your trip from start to finish.

Tell us about your next trip

One message is enough to begin. We will ask a few questions, then send you a plan you can actually picture yourself on.
